Bristol Concert Wind Band have chosen their charity for this year's Christmas Fundraiser - Brain Tumour Support! Based in Thornbury, Brain Tumour Support (registerd charity 1102750) are dedicated to providing specialist, tailored support services for those affected by any type of brain tumour, including patients, families, carers and loved ones. They provide support across the South West and Midlands.Every year, all bands in the BCWB family come together for a Christmas charity fundraiser, raising money for a different charity each year. Last year we raised over £1,100 for Avon Riding Centre for the Disabled. This year's big event will be held at Hanham Community Centre on Saturday 5th December at 7:30pm.
